This is the long version of the short summary written for the game, and it says the same thing: Nekta does not collect personal data, has no ads, no login and no usage analytics. Progress is saved on this device only. The only purchases are the full game, bought once, and the monthly subscription, which opens the same thing and renews automatically until canceled in your store account. Both go through your device's store and always behind the parental gate.
1. What the game stores, and where
Nekta has no account, no sign-up and no login. What the game stores lives in the app's own files, on your device, and never leaves it: progress (completed missions, stamps, Seeds of Light, Drops, species seen in the Field Notebook, gardens opened and the garden you stopped in), the chosen language, sound volumes and accessibility settings.
There is no cloud copy and no sync between devices. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game erases all of it, and we cannot recover it.
2. What the game does not do
Nekta collects no personal data at all. It does not ask for a name, nickname, email, birth date, photo, location, contacts, microphone, camera or calendar. It has no ads, no usage analytics, no advertising tracking, no behavioral profiling and no advertising identifier.
There is no chat, no user-generated content and no player-to-player contact of any kind. There is no purchasable currency, loot box, energy, timer or penalty for being away.
The game also opens no network connection of its own: there is no network request, no cloud service and no third-party advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK inside the package. On iOS, the app's privacy manifest declares no tracking and declares no collected data types.
3. Purchases and subscription
In this version (0.1.2) purchases are not active yet: the App Store and Google Play integration has not been done, nothing is on sale and no one is charged. This section describes what the game sees and never sees once they go live — and, as for payment data, the answer is already the same today: nothing.
Two products are planned, and both will open exactly the same thing — the six gardens beyond the prologue: the one-time purchase nekta.jogo_completo and the monthly subscription nekta.assinatura.mensal. Having both opens nothing extra.
Both are processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play, on the store's own payment sheet. The game never sees payment data: it does not receive and does not store card numbers, bank details, receipts, purchase tokens, transaction identifiers, store account identifiers or device identifiers. What the store hands back to the game, and only that, is the price already formatted in the device's currency, whether the entitlement is active, and whether that account is eligible for the free period and for how many days.
Price never comes from the game's code: until the store answers, the price slot reads "Checking the store…" — and in this version that is what it always reads. The entitlement never comes from the file saved on the device either — a purchase is always confirmed by the store, through the "Restore purchases" button. Apple and Google handle the data of those transactions under their own privacy policies.
4. The grown-up gate
Before buying, subscribing, restoring purchases, managing or canceling the subscription, and before opening any link that leaves the game, a multiplication question appears for a grown-up to answer. Getting it wrong costs nothing, locks nothing and counts against no one. Canceling costs nothing either.
5. Children and families
Nekta is made for children, and the design follows from that. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing to profile: there is no advertising, behavioral or otherwise; no social contact, chat or public profile; and no link leaves the game without the grown-up gate first.
Nothing in the game requires reading to understand the objective, and nothing requires giving an age to the developer. The grown-up gate reduces accidental purchases, but it does not prove age and does not replace adult supervision or the parental controls of the App Store and Google Play.
6. Support
If you email us, we receive the sender address, the message and any attachments. We use them to reply, resolve the request and meet legal obligations, and retain them only as long as needed for those purposes.
7. Sharing, security and transfers
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties: there is no one to share it with, because nothing is collected. This game has no advertising, analytics, attribution or crash-reporting provider.
Apple and Google appear only as the stores that process the purchase, and only when a grown-up starts a purchase, a restore or the subscription management. They may process information in other countries under their own terms and policies.
8. Retention, deletion, choices and changes
Because everything is local, you control everything: clearing app data or uninstalling the game removes progress and preferences. There is no account, so there is no online game profile to delete. To request deletion of support messages or to ask a privacy question, email tiago@pompeotecnologia.com.
